Had a wonderful holiday. Villa and pool were just right. All the information you gave us before our visit was very helpful. Excellent location too. The pool got a lot of use due to the record temperatures for the time of year. High 80-90 degrees. Would love to return in a couple of years.

The Villa was Fantastic everything was spot on. It was perfectly clean! Having a washer and dryer in the garage was a God send as every day we came in we just threw our clothes in the washer/dryer. The kids absolutely loved the pool, they enjoyed the theme parks but come early afternoon they couldn't wait to get back to play/chill in the pool. The kids also enjoyed using the pool table. The kitchen was great, again more than adequate, I myself for the first time started to drink percolated coffee mmmm! It was really tasty we our now looking to buy a percolator at home, I have brought a jar of ground coffee home. The amount of space/freedom a Villa gives you is fantastic, we have decided that we would not stop in a hotel again. We had record temperatures while we there between 92-103 degrees, but the air conditioning in the villa was great. The first two mornings I was up at 5am and the rest of the family by 7am, watching the sunrise with a percolated coffee in such beautiful quiet surroundings was worth getting up for. The bed was MEGA comfy I have never slept as well on holiday. I needed the sleep after doing approximate 12 days in theme parks and 2 days shopping. The kids also slept very well and without any problems, my eldest who is 14 loved having his own room to himself as he shares at home in the UK. We found Indian Creek quiet, hardly any traffic, as opposed to the UK. The one thing I did like which you don’t have in your Villa is no Games Console, your on holiday and to me this is part of getting away from the norm! I really love Florida it was my 4th time, 3rd for the wife and 1st for the kids, and I must say the best choice I made for the Holiday was renting your villa, it was AWESOME as the Americans would say. Thank you for renting your Villa to us!

This was our first Disney trip with my parents. We had the most wonderful time! I had been to Disney at least 10 times before and always stayed inside Disney, but with a family of 6, staying in a villa is the best way to go. My parents having their own bedroom was a little getaway from the kids. This villa was great! Very spacious, clean and loved having all the amenities. Saved a lot of money too by eating breakfast and a few dinners at “home”. Of course the kids enjoyed the pool. Only complaint was the weather was too cool. However did like how empty the parks were. Definitely would recommend and stay at your villa again. Thank you again for a MAGICAL experience.

We had a wonderful time and the house was wonderful. The boys loved the pool, it was the first thing they did and would have swam everyday if we had let them!! We had a nice time at the parks, it was pretty warm so we made sure to take nap/rest breaks in the afternoons, which helped everyone feel better in the evening. Cole was a little overwhelmed at first, but by the end he was leading the way to his favorite rides, (Teacups, Finding Nemo, Goofy Barnstormer and Buzz Lightyear). It was so nice to have our own rooms and bathrooms and I think just having a place we could all come back to and spend time together outside the park was the best part.
Also, if anyone we know is heading to The Mouse we will send them your way. I'm not sure we can every stay in a hotel again!! I must not forget to mention how much Cole and Eric's dad enjoyed the game room. Everything was so wonderful. Thanks for helping to make our vacation so special.

We had lots of fun visiting Walt Disney World for the first time. We visited Epcot, Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios along with Downtown Disney. On other days, we travelled to Daytona Beach where we climbed the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse – it was amazing! Universal Studios were fun but not nearly as exciting as Disney. The house is beautiful and spacious and easily accommodated our group of five. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will remember it forever.

Well I can’t believe that we have spent all this time here and have never written in the guest book! I am sure that we have spent more time here than you have. We just love spending our winters here in your lovely home. The property managers, David and Louise, are wonderful. They always remedy any problems quickly and satisfactorily. We looked at many homes before choosing this one. It is hard to beat. We hope to be able to spend many more relaxing winters here.

It was a great holiday and the villa was exactly the same as our first visit in May 2005 except you now have the main room (Living room) tiled throughout. Washing machine and tumble dryer a great asset. We arrived back in the UK with very little washing to do.
It is a fantastic place and we will be returning in the next few years. It is a perfect location.
We had to speak to the management team once. My little boy locked the door but they were very efficient and we were impressed with their speedy response.

Once again the villa was brilliant and we had a marvellous time. The new bed in the master bedroom was great, very comfortable. We could have stayed longer. If it is ok with you we would like to provisionally book for the 1st 3 weeks in August of 2009.

Everyone got a real kick out of the armadillo that would wander around the backyard.
