home from home where you can stay at affordable rates</b>. We have spared
no expense to make this our dream holiday home which has <b>often been</b> <b>compared
to a show home</b>. This executive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a <b> south-facing
pool</b> is only 3 miles (4 minutes by car) from Walt Disney World. <b>Indian
Creek is one of the closest communities to Disney, you can see and</b> <b>hear</b> <b> the
fireworks at Epcot, MGM Studios and Magic Kingdom</b>. It is only a 2
minute drive from the Formosa Gardens shopping plaza which includes a
large supermarket and a good choice of restaurants. Away from the hustle
and bustle of the parks, this is an ideal location within a quiet residential
community. <br>
We are ideally situated just off the US192 and approximately 3 miles from
the I4, o<b>nly 15 minutes to Universal Studios and Sea World. </b>The
ideal spot to relax and unwind after a day at the theme parks. <br>
Our guests have free use of the <b>2 children's play areas, tennis, basketball
courts, football pitch, putting green and baseball diamond</b>. For golfers,
there are 35 golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the villa.
